I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) & clinical life coach, and owner of Truth, Healing & Evolution Counseling Services and founder of  T.H.E.  iLove Me Experiences and “My Warrior Life” movement.  With over 15 years of experience, I work to provide clients with safe spaces to freely express themselves, encourage them to “stretch & grow” and teache them the coping skills necessary to assist in their healing.

I work with clients to develop their personal goals and tailors their treatment plans to meet their particular needs. The main goal is to equip clients with the essential skills that allows them to embrace life’s struggles, while maintaining a healthy balance of life and love.
