I have a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I received her Bachelors’ of Science degrees in Psychology and Biology from the University of Georgia. I am a holistic psychotherapist practicing under the supervision of Laurie Patrice, LPC, BCPC, CPCS.
Passionate about the mind-body connection, I work with clients to examine the ways their mental state may be impacting their physical state and incorporate techniques directed toward integrated wellness. My areas of focus are clients experiencing general anxiety, work/school related stress, struggles with self-esteem, life transitions, and those looking to explore and find meaning in their experience.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their internal being. Utilizing person-centered and existential approaches, I treat each client as an individual with their own unique set of circumstances, while considering the context of the external world. I strive to collaborate with each client to develop their own, specially tailored wellness plan. I welcome working with adolescents, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings.
