Jules Jean-Pierre is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, a registered Mental Health Counseling Intern and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She is a proud first generation Haitian-American that has dedicated her life to promoting and encouraging a better understanding of mental health since she began her therapeutic career in 2014.  She enjoys assisting her clients in transitioning to their new desired life goals.  Jules values education and uses her background in higher education to assist the individuals that she works with to look at all avenues in order to accomplish the goals they would like. 

Jules Jean-Pierre is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who works with individuals who suffer with addiction to assist them in transitioning to their new desired life goals.  After spending nearly a decade in higher education, she made the decision to switch careers and focus on mental health. Jules understands the importance of education in every aspect of your life and feels that having an education can be a game changer.  It has been ingrained in her through her upbringing that knowledge has power which cannot be taken away.

Jules has worked in various field within the mental health field from working with children under the supervision of a play therapist, an adult psychiatric facility, an adult substance abuse rehabilitation facility to opening her own small private practice where she specializes in working with individuals who suffer with anxiety, the difficulties of transitioning through life, trauma, grief and relationship challenges. 

Jules is a certified clinical trauma professional.  She is compassionate in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and suffer with unresolved issues as a result.

Jules holds a Master’s Degree in  Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family from Liberty University.  She also holds a Baccalaureate degree from the University of South Florida in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences where her focus was Anthropology and Sociology. 

Just as in her professional life, Jules keeps quite busy in her personal life as the mother of six children.  Family and time with family is important to her.  She makes certain to harmonize her life in a unique way to ensure a loving connection with her kids.  Not a native to the city of Jacksonville, during some down time it’s also important for her to engage in as many local community events as she can with her kids. She enjoys educating herself about African history, spirituality and art.
