My style of therapy is a conversational, collaborative approach aimed at helping people understand themselves better.
I am experienced in helping people work through a variety of life challenges, including: mood related disorders such as anxiety and depression, trauma and abuse, domestic violence, stress, problematic substance use, self-esteem issues, life transitions, relationships, grief, marriage and family and addiction.
