“Life happens.” However, how do you respond to the things that happen in your life? Are there any patterns that you recognize? Are there any things that you would like to change? We have so many experiences that have brought us to this exact moment and time in our lives. However, would you consider unpacking that story with me to determine where you would like to go next? Maybe we just need to unpack this knapsack or bag in order to repack with all the essentials for our next journey.
I offer myself as well as others several things: hope, encouragement, a safe space, compassion, empathy, and time to speak freely and openly without being judged to foster an environment of empowerment for self-exploration and self-identity as a response to life happening.
My therapeutic approach is strength based through multiple lens such as narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered approach. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a part of the team of therapist at The Center for Self-Actualization.
