As a coach I am here to support you in your journey of healing and recovery.  Throuch my years of experience, I have discovered that each of us already have the tools necessary within us to move us successfully through our life’s journey.  I am here as your guide and collaborator.   There is timeless wisdom and a creative force within you waiting to guide you on your unique personal life path.  My practice honors that wisdom and I work in conjunction with you so that we can identify the blockages, limiting beliefs and address all narratives preventing you from moving in the direction of your desires. My ultimate goal is to enable you to permanently connect with your inner wisdom so you can get back to trusting yourself.

Sessions with me are natural, relaxed and free-style.  I will always come as I am and offer you to do the same.  I will be your mirror.  You will pull from me what you need.  The environment will be created for you, by you.

You can expect a non-judgmental environment where I will combine traditional & non-traditional counseling & coaching methods.

Q What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaches typically focus on the present and the client’s goals for the future. Coaching is designed to help people move forward and set personal goals that will give them the life they really want. Therapy typically focuses on past-based issues or traumas.

I understand that as humans we typically bring forth the effects of past traumas into our present reality. I work to help you identify the ways in which the effects of traumatic experiences show up in your life and develop practical techniques to overcome them so you can move forward.

Q How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions typically last 50 minutes. Group sessions last approximately 1 hour 40 minutes.

Q How many sessions will I need?

Unfortunately, there is not a concrete answer for this question. Each individual is different and unique. There are a number of factors that must be considered such as:
-What has prompted you to seek guidance at this point in your life?
-What type of life have you been living prior to now?
-How committed are you to your personal healing and recovery?
-How deep are you willing to dig within yourself to attain the personal freedom you desire?
