As a client-centered Licensed Clinical Therapist, rapport building is very important to me. I believe that relationships are a key component to our ability to thrive. Some of the biggest stressors in our lives are associated with the relationships we have with our partners, our families, or within ourselves. I prioritize building and maintaining a rapport with my clients so they feel confident in the safe space we’ve created. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, and breakdowns of trust and communication.
