FAQs

Q WHY TELE-THERAPY?

The decision to work with individuals through tele-therapy was intentional and thoughtful. I’ve always provided the best care possible in the way that made people feel comfortable. Tele-therapy allows people to receive services in accessible, confidential and comfortable space. It eliminates the barriers found with traditional therapy such as working late, practice, weather, traffic or child-care.

Q WHAT'S WITH THE NAME?

KAI has several meanings: victory, start, open, restoration, recovery, king, lovable and rejoice.

Wellness refers to being fulfilled in multiple areas in life; physical, mental and social well-being

I wanted my practice to incorporate all of those concepts. I wanted a space for males to explore their personal growth and be who they are truly meant to be.

Q DOES THIS STUFF REALLY WORK?

It only works if you’re willing to want the help. If you’re currently interested, I can help you decide if you want to continue the journey of self-discovery. There are multiple academic articles that support the effectiveness of online therapy.
