I specialize in helping women and people of color heal from childhood trauma, abusive relationship patterns, and self-esteem issues. I encourage clients to explore their spirituality and develop self-integrity through their beliefs, values, and practices. Drawing from my extensive background in the performing arts and movement studies, I utilize somatic and expressive-arts therapy approaches to help you embody healing from the inside out.
