If you are depressed or feeling overwhelmed right now please give us a call we are here to help you. You may have been dealing with depression your relationship issues or whatever you may be dealing with for awhile, but you feel that you can only manage like you have for so long. We are here to help you become restored so you can once again live the life you want.

We provide counseling, psychological evaluations referrals, and psychiatric services referrals for children, adolescents, adults, men and women who need family counseling, marriage counseling, couples counseling, parenting skills, anger management skills, depression, anxiety, stress, past childhood sexual abuse counseling, domestic violence, substance abuse, coping skills, relationship counseling, separation/divorce counseling, and substance abuse counseling. Counseling is currently available in Miami-Dade County, and Broward County. Online Counseling Services are also available for Florida residents

Q Can you really help me?

If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, having marriage problems, going through a divorce, feelings of depression, anxiety or panic, stress, difficulty coping with your life, been in a victim domestic violence, or experienced childhood sexual abuse we can help you. If you are experiencing trouble in your family or your child is having difficulties at home or school we can help also. Our therapists are professionally skilled master's level, and licensed counselors.

Q How can I schedule an appointment?

You can call us during business hours, send us an email, or click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT button below. You also have the option of completing a contact form located below. Please be ready to provide information about how you were referred, your insurance information, and reason for counseling. We routinely screen all requests. No appointment is confirmed without prior contact from our office staff.

Q How does Online Therapy or On-Demand Text work?

First Online Counseling is very convenient for most people who may have trouble meeting with our therapist in the office. We can meet with you in the community or school. If you select to do Online Counseling you will be provided information on how to access this usefule tool, payment procedures as sessions would need to paid for prior to sessions. There our limits when participating in counseling which your therapist will inform you of prior to session. You will be able to see and talk to your therapist much like you would talking to a friend or loved one via Skype, FaceTime or Hangout, however we use secure technology that complies with HIPAA regulations for texting, audio and video calls. Our On-Demand Text service can only be used if you are participating in Counseling Service. Cost is currently $120 per month. Your therapist will answer your text or schedule a session.
