I incorporate cognitive behavioral tools to identify one’s thoughts, behaviors and emotions, and combine them with mind-body work through yoga postures and breath-work. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I operate from a trauma-informed lens to help create a healthy balance that promotes mental stability. Private Yoga sessions are available to influence holistic growth.
