A Journey to Healthing Therapy

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination” (Carl Rogers).I believe that therapy is the key in that process and I want to be there to provide you with that positive support and collaboration. I am passionate about working together to help you build on your strengths and become the best version of yourself. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with children, teens, families, and adults experiencing life’s obstacles such as depression, anxiety , self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma.
I also specialized in dealing with infertility issues, whether it is experiencing miscarriage, infant loss, or difficulties getting pregnant. Being able to recognize the need for help and actively seeking a solution takes a huge amount of strength and courage.
My focus is to provide the positive space and environment that is needed to assist you in making the changes you want to make in your life. Please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation session to discuss the possibility of us working
