Hello to you!! My name is Kathilia Edghill and I am a passionate Individual, Couples and Family therapist currently residing in the beautiful island of Barbados. I am Barbadian, and am a Christian therapist who has had the opportunity to work with clients in the US and in the Caribbean from varying backgrounds and walks of life. I am an avid Mental Health advocate, and being a Black woman, I understand and can empathize with the struggles our people have when it comes to Mental Health, counselling, and the like.

I believe that faith/Christianity and counselling can co-exist, and my hope and intention is to show just how true this is, and can be, through being a part of this beautiful field of Mental Health!
