I enjoy working with teens and women, especially women of color dealing with communication challenges, trauma, depression and anxiety.
My clinical approach uses the straight forward and direct logic of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with the warmness and authenticity of humanistic/ person-centered therapy. Additionally, per client request, I can provide a Christian based therapeutic lens that combines biblically based concepts with psychological wellness.
