Tatiana is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, who earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology at SUNY College of Old Westbury and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Tatiana mainly uses Cognitive behavioral therapy and Solution focused approaches and techniques when working with clients. She believes that each client is an individual so each session is different and reflects the individual’s needs and strengths.

Her background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. She has experience working with clients dealing with , anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, family conflict, ADHD  and other challenges throughout one’s lifespan.
