I am a Biracial NYC-based Therapist. I lead with a relational approach so that I truly understand my client’s FULL stories. I believe in the power of storytelling and look at how our past experiences have influenced where we are today and how we perceive the world. Recent professional development offerings have explored topics such as community resiliency, diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural humility. I have a keen interest in exploring individuals’ cultural backgrounds, diverse experiences, and assessing their strengths and needs. I am committed to employing a humanistic and strengths-based approach with all clients.

It has been important to not only educate myself but to also use my privileges to amplify and uplift Black and Brown voices within the spaces that I walk. This can include calling in and calling out people when harm has been done as well as providing safe spaces for BIPOC folks to come together to better support one another.
