About

Perhaps you’re down or anxious – maybe you’re unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren’t living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

My clients are very high-functioning, motivated, and committed to making changes in their life and I love providing them with tools and techniques so that they can reach their potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy. I know your time and money is valuable so I try to be as structured and goal-oriented as possible. I have worked with a variety of individuals dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. My specialties include working with health care professionals, those with high-stress and high-risk careers, couples, and individuals going through life transitions.

When it comes to creating safe spaces for Black and Latinx communities, I have found that normalizing experiences and transparency of my own lens helps bridge the gap. Allowing the individual to be the expert of their own lives, empowers them to be able to facilitate the changes they want for a more fulfilling life.

If you are interested in services, you can schedule a consultation via my website, or give me a call.
