My clients are very high-functioning, motivated, and committed to making changes in their life and I love providing them with tools and techniques so that they can reach their potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy. I have worked with a variety of individuals dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. My specialties include working with health care professionals, those with high-stress and high-risk careers, couples, and individuals going through life transitions.
When it comes to creating safe spaces for Black and Latinx communities, I have found that normalizing experiences and transparency of my own lens helps bridge the gap. Allowing the individual to be the expert of their own lives, empowers them to be able to facilitate the changes they want for a more fulfilling life.
