My approach is empowering, goal-directed, and strengths based. Are you feeling stressed, sad, overwhelmed, angry, not enjoying life the way you would like to? Is it difficult to have fun, go to work, struggling in relationships with others? It’s hard feeling the need to pretend to be happy, when inside you feel so low. Sometimes you cry and feel empty… Some days you feel guilty or worthless… You don’t feel like being bothered and rather be alone. Or maybe you recently had a baby and are experiencing post-partum stress or feelings of guilt. Imagine feeling heard, respected, connected, and not judged.
Those that find me a good fit are usually professionals of color, that are struggling to balance their emotional wellness with the other demands of life. Those demands may be related to their career, parenting, history of trauma, family conflict, and other overwhelming stressors. We collaborate to create an effective plan to help manage the difficulties you may be facing and work to address those goals based on a personal plan.
