About

So many of us have feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence despite our education, accomplishments, and intelligence. I help you beat Imposter Syndrome after a personal life change, so you can finally own all you have done, all you will do, and live the big, full life you deserve.

I started my practice to create a safe space for Black women to address their issues with a mental health professional who looks like them. Someone who automatically identifies with their unique experience a Black woman. I created an environment where you can address your mental health, without having to explain your culture first.

Go to optimisticcounseling.com to take the “Do I have Imposter Syndrome?” quiz, pick your therapy plan, then book an enrollment call.
