Jacinda Mitchell LMFT
Through counseling, I support teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles to find their voice and live their best life. My goal as your therapist is to create an environment that is comfortable and non-judgmental as a way to guide you to a place where you can embrace your strengths and confront your challenges. Working together to empower you to find, and follow the path of your true self. Through the use of empathetic listening, curiosity, humor, and – most importantly – collaboration, I believe I can help you achieve the goals you set for yourself and your relationships.
I utilize a strength-based holistic approach blending insight and psycho-education. I focus on treating anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma and am experienced in working with people of color to discover their authentic selves as well as coach couples to improve communication.
As a bicultural woman who has been a Los Angeles resident for over a decade, I have lived and worked in many different environments. From serving children and teenagers in the foster care system to those involved in the worlds of film and music, I believe I can help.
