I offer Individual, family and couples counseling for a variety of issues. I have a favorite topic though and that is life transitions. I really enjoy this specific area because it is a time where stress, anxiety and insecurity can be high and many people think therapy is not needed or would not be beneficial to get through transitions.
I also think it is a gateway to longer term deeper work for the minority community who is so reluctant to reach for help.
