Self-care is how to take your power back. We are here to help you activate it. Our motto is this: We will meet you where you are and take you where you want to be. It is normal for work, finances, relationships, love, friendships, family, loss, and/or health to generate intense feelings of emotional distress. The person we see in the mirror becomes a stranger. You are not alone. You are not going crazy. When we need to look at something painful, we strive to do so with empathy and courage.
Living in Empathy is a Black woman owned practice that is composed of majority Black and people of color identified therapists. We will hold space for your racial trauma. We will hold space for your pronouns and name you would like to be called. We will hold space for your abilities or disabilities. We will respect who you love.
Our services are telehealth only. We accept BCBS PPO for IL & TX and self pay. Mental wellness coaching services are available outside of IL & TX. Self pay is $150 per session.
