Dr. Darby has over 19 years of mental health services experience. She earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation and a Licensed School Counselor in the State of Ohio. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Darby has worked in a variety of settings including, partial-hospitalization, residential, college counseling, outpatient, school and community based.

She has worked mostly with diverse youth who display behavior concerns, families and couples. Dr. Darby is an active member of the American Counseling Association. She has presented on a variety of topics at several conferences nationwide.
