I have been providing psychotherapeutic mental health and community support services to individuals, families, and youth since 2008. I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, shelters, non-profit organizations, schools, and mental health agencies. Through this work, I help clients to better understand themselves and create action plans to live the type of life that is desired.
My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, empathetic and caring but straightforward. I collaborate with my clients to help create the space for change through problem solving, growth and introspection. I do not give advice, but rather guide you through a reflective process, acquiring new tools to help manage and building your capacity to be the person you want to be.
I can help you to better understand yourself and find meaningful ways to connect to the deep values that influence your everyday decisions. It is my passion to help you move through life with awareness and intention, rather than going through the motions.
