I am proud to represent the Black Community as a Barrier Breaking, Master Level, No Bullshitting Counselor serving my black and brown communities. I am intentional about serving my people virtually to break barriers. I offer Mental Health and Wellness Life Coaching beyond the boundaries of my Licensed states. With my 20-plus years of service in several capacities in Social Service, I aim to connect with my community in a way that helps them feel seen, heard, and understood. Therefore I formed Choosing Empowerment LLC, whose foundation rests on the POWER of CHOICE and the POWER of HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. Connection is key.

I believe in accountability and I empower my clients to do the work needed to heal and become their best and highest versions of themselves as I walk alongside them on their healing journey!
