I practice a holistic approach to providing therapeutic care.  I integrate components of the mind, body, and spirit within therapeutic modalities to address the needs of each individual or family.  My approach is relationship-based and strength-based and relies on attunement with the individual. 

My background includes working with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, lack of self-esteem and self-confidence, substance use, and trauma. I have provided counseling to children within the DCFS foster care system.
