As a EMDRIA certified therapist (EMDRIA Member ID: 55273690) I specialize in helping trauma survivors by the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) We will work together to reprocess your trauma to help you see and experience distressing images and memories in a new and less painful way.

I am also in an Intermediate level Somatic Practitioner. Somatic Experiencing is a naturalistic, and neurobiological, body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress-related disorders; restoring the authentic self with self-regulation, relaxation, wholeness, and aliveness.

I offer a comforting, supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic environment to work on difficult issues and symptoms related to your mental health. I want you to be able to grow, heal, and have the peace & balance you are striving for. I am LGTBQ+ affirming group.
