I focus on solutions for high functioning women who lead and women in demanding occupations who feel as though they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. When addressing the feeling of overwhelm, I incorporate the whole-body by providing therapy to address emotional wellness, nutritional wellness, and environmental exploration in sessions with my clients.
