About
I help adults and young adults work through anxiety, chronic stress, depression, trauma, low self-worth, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting Black men and women and other people of color who may feel pressure to stay strong, keep struggles private, or manage everything alone. Together, we can explore how race, culture, masculinity, family expectations, and mental health stigma affect your well-being. Using ACT, CBT, and culturally responsive care, I help clients develop healthier ways of relating to difficult thoughts and emotions, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
I create a judgment-free space where clients can show up fully without minimizing their experiences. I center each person’s culture, identity, history, strengths, and goals through culturally responsive, anti-racist care. Together, we explore how systemic pressures, stigma, and family or community expectations may affect mental health and healing.
