Steph Lykes

As a psychotherapist/sex therapist, I specialize in intimate and relational therapy where I utilize person-centered methods and mindfulness to help clients uncover personal discoveries and solutions tailored to their needs. Clients are supported while exploring and confronting their issues in a space that centers identity and challenges systemic pathologization. I provide a safe haven for clients to explore, name, and work through their issues, both personal and relational in nature. We will work in a collaborative way so that the therapeutic relationship created is built off transparency and authenticity.

As a BIPOC, queer, and kink-informed provider, I understand what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood by providers when seeking help. I take a decolonized approach while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Clients can confront their personal issues within a framework that is shame-free and affirming.
