About

I help teens and young adults work through anxiety, depression, and the perfectionism that comes with being a high performer under pressure. I support clients navigating school burnout, college transitions, and social anxiety, as well as deeper struggles like trauma, low self-worth, and suicidal thoughts. I also help families in conflict, especially parent-teen relationships strained by cultural or generational gaps, find ways to actually hear each other again. If you feel anxious, disconnected, or like no one quite gets it, I can help you find your footing.

I create safety by never assuming your experience mirrors mine or anyone else’s. As a bilingual, Ecuadorian therapist, I bring cultural understanding to the room, not just credentials. We name what’s real, including racial trauma and generational expectations, without judgment. Change happens when you feel truly seen, not analyzed.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to share a bit about what’s bringing you in. From there, we’ll schedule a free consultation call to see if we’re a good fit, no pressure either way. If it feels right, we’ll set up your first session and start building a plan together.
