About

Struggling with racing thoughts, down days, self-esteem, too much work not enough play, or conflict in your relationships? I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, setting new boundaries and finding independence as an emerging adult, work/life balance, and motivation difficulties. Together we will create an achievable and personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

My approach is supportive, action-oriented, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I use cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help you change unhelpful patterns, build self-worth, and make meaningful progress in a safe, affirming space that honors diverse experiences and identities.
