About

I help clients work through anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma, burnout, and the pressure of juggling work, school, and family responsibilities. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. I support them in managing symptoms, building healthier coping skills, improving sleep and focus, setting boundaries, and restoring balance. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, confident, and supported as they create a more stable and fulfilling life.

I create change by honoring lived experiences, centering cultural identity, and fostering trust. I provide trauma-informed, affirming care where Black and Latinx clients feel seen, heard, and safe. Together, we explore healing, empower self-advocacy, and build sustainable pathways to wellness.

To begin, clients can complete a brief intake form and schedule a consultation to discuss their needs and goals. During this first meeting, we explore fit, outline expectations, and create a plan for ongoing care. Starting therapy is simple, supportive, and centered on their comfort.
