About

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s toughest seasons. Many of my clients are working through relationship struggles such as infidelity, co-parenting after separation, or the pain of disconnection. Others are carrying the invisible weight of grief, generational trauma, or cultural and religious “isms” that impact how they see themselves and their relationships. I also support high-functioning adults who look steady on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside, helping them build healthier boundaries, reclaim their voice, and move toward lasting peace.

I create safe spaces for Black and Latinx communities by honoring lived experiences, cultural values, and the impact of generational trauma. Clients never have to leave parts of themselves at the door. I listen deeply, affirm identity, and provide tools that empower lasting change with compassion and respect.

The first step is simple—we’ll start with a free 10-minute consultation where you can share what’s on your mind and see if we’re a good fit. From there, you can schedule your first appointment and begin the process of exploring your goals in a safe, supportive space.
