About

I help people overcome burnout, emotional overwhelm, communication issues, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, life transitions, or identity shifts and feel stuck in survival mode. I support them in building emotional regulation, setting boundaries, and developing self-trust. Together, we work to break generational patterns, process grief, and create more clarity and peace in everyday life.

I create change by honoring each client’s lived experience, centering cultural identity, and building trust through compassion, transparency, and consistency. I use a collaborative, non-judgmental approach that blends structure with creativity, making therapy feel empowering, respectful, and truly safe.

The next step is reaching out to schedule a consultation where we can briefly connect, talk about your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. This gives you space to ask questions and get a feel for my style before moving forward. From there, we’ll set up your first session and begin the work together.
