About
You might be carrying grief or anxiety that didn’t begin with you—ancestral patterns still unfolding. Maybe you’re navigating life at the intersections of race, queerness, migration, or spiritual awakening, and seeking a healing space that sees all of you. I hold deep awareness that colonization and state violence live in our bodies and lineages. We’ll turn toward healing with the support of allies like ancestors, nature, and art. Sessions may include EMDR, IFS, somatic practices, and ancestral methods. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
I support Black and Latinx clients in spaces where they feel seen, affirmed, and held—especially amid a political climate that continues to marginalize us. I center both grief and ancestral resilience, blending somatic therapy, decolonial frameworks, and spiritual practices to support clients in reclaiming power and truth.
Please reach out to schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good fit for therapy 🙂
