About

I hold space for QTBIPOC (heavy on the blackity, black, black, BLACK) people to exist with ease – to be seen without judgment. I help folks move through life transitions, reduce anxiety, handle relationships with family or friends that you’re struggling with, talk through identity stuff, especially as queer POC or having multiracial backgrounds, and figure out how to connect to your joy in a world that’s trying to take it away from you.

I work from the perspective that colonization, patriarchy, and white supremacy are the main forms of oppression that impact us and cause our anxiety, depression, etc. Because of this, I use storytelling, humor, fashion, movement and ancestral practices to reclaim and build autonomy for my clients.

I would love to meet you and see if we’re a good fit!

I offer a free 15 minute consultation and work with an awesome team at Hella Good Therapy who can help walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.
