I aim to help people who are struggling to live in the here-and-now as well as assist in helping individuals care for themselves. I recognize that there is still an enormous stigma surrounding seeking therapy, which is why I commend you on helping me eliminate the stigmas that revolve around mental health.

I specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples through: depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, etc. I also have a passion for working with marginalized communities (Black, LGBTQ, and HIV/AIDS).
