I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist that helps with practical methods to improve your life. Life’s a Rose but every Rose has it’s thorns. I want to help you heal from the wounds caused by them so you can get back to smelling the roses. 

My approach to therapy is practical. I engage in a style that is active and applicable to real-life experiences. I have worked in many different settings with individuals as young as 8 to 90.
