Over the past 9 years I have used my clinical training to help individuals, couples and families untangle the scary, messy, and upsetting parts of their lives. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, life transitions, or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeper into the present concerns and collaborate a plan for addressing them in a way that considers where you are. Most of clients see a gradual reduce of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Within the safety of the therapeutic environment, we listen deeply and gain awareness of the emotions and experiences that may be causing internal and or external tension. Honoring this valuable information, we collaboratively work towards processing these thoughts, emotions, experiences with the use of strategies and techniques.
