About

Life can be stressful and hard. It’s not easy to keep up with family demands, work responsibilities, societal expectations, cultural differences, while also focusing on your own wants and needs. Changing your life can be scary, and after you make the changes, it can be difficult to keep these changes in place. I believe creativity is a powerful tool that can help with healing. You can create your ideal life by practicing tools to calm anxiety, reduce stress, and deal with the pressure you may be feeling from everyday life. I am here to help as you travel towards a less stressed and more authentic self.

Part of the healing process is validating the pain you are in. Systemic and social injustice and racism are real issues that affect all aspects of life. Along with my use of talk therapy, multi-cultural and trauma informed therapy Expressive Arts provides alternative tools that help access your own personal strengths in support of healing.

Consultation calls will be made either through video or a telephone call lasting 15 minutes. This will be a time to share what you need support with, ask any questions you might have about me and the process, and to see if working with me would be right for you.
