My ideal client is a woman who is having issues with developing clear boundaries with friends and family. She has a difficult time asking for help but she always is there to help others, even at the expense of her mental health and what her time will allow. Although she tends to be the one those in her circle lean on, she struggles with finding someone she can depend on. Sometimes the reason is that there is no one willing to help her, other times it’s because she doesn’t speak up when she is in need.

My specialty is helping women find their voice, recognize the strength in vulnerability, and develop their self-worth.

Our therapy sessions are a time to explore new perspectives, be open and non-judgmental, and learn from each other.
