About

I work with clients to explore life’s challenges, their responses and resources, and build their capacity for coping with life’s stressors. Whether you are facing obstacles to your academic and/or professional goals or difficulty in your relationships, we can work to strengthen your insight and ability to live the life you want. Drawing from your strengths and exploring patterns, together, we can unlock the door to tools and wisdom that may be clouded by feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, or the pressure to keep moving. We can pause, reflect, explore and implement new ways to care for yourself.

As I counselor, I bear witness to my clients’ struggles and walk alongside them as they use their strengths to achieve their goals.

I value my work with underserved populations and those for whom counseling has seemed inaccessible. I work from a multi-cultural perspective that recognizes the multiple identities that we all hold and the impact that living in our society can have while understanding that each person, and their experiences, is unique.
