I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns and tap into meaningful change to restore balance. I use an integrative approach depending on your unique concerns and areas you want to improve. In the past, I have had success with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed therapy. Clients can expect to take away from sessions an educational and therapeutic experience that aims to provide self-awareness, resolve issues and problems, identify patterns and find balance in their life!
I have made it my mission to break down barriers and access mental health care for people of color. My clients of color appreciate that I offer a ton of empathic support and make them feel safe in therapy, yet I don’t shy away from giving honest feedback or challenging thought or belief that might be getting in the way of progress.
