Men & women of color are faced with unique daily challenges that are rooted in race and culture. Despite the stressors, microaggressions, and trauma that we are more susceptible to experience there is still a great stigma around discussing mental health and going to therapy.

Melanin & Mental Health™, LLC’s hosted the first Online Town Hall Discussion: Changing the Face of Therapy with  conversation around:

• The direction of mental health in Black and Latinx communities;
• How to support/encourage the growth of Clinicians of Color; and
• How to aid White clinicians in developing cultural competency.
